This policy applies when you visit Tovuk websites, create an account, use scrapers, create API keys, view results, contact support, or pay for Tovuk. If you use Tovuk results in your own product, your own users may need your own privacy notice.

Account Data

We collect account identifiers, email addresses, provider account identifiers, session metadata, billing identifiers, and security events.

Scraper Request Data

We process data needed to run scraper requests and show results.

• Scraper name, input values for data, request status, timestamps, retry status, and result links.
• Saved result records, media links, result counts, request errors, and usage metrics.
• API key name, creation time, last use time, usage by key, and revocation status.
• Account balance, top-up history, invoice identifiers, subscription state, and payment portal identifiers.

How We Use Data

We use data to authenticate users, run scraper requests, deliver results, manage API keys, track usage, process payments, show invoices, respond to support requests, investigate incidents, keep the service reliable, and improve product quality.

Customer Responsibility

You decide what data you ask Tovuk to collect and how you use the results. You are responsible for your own legal basis, notices, permissions, privacy checks, and deletion workflows when personal data or third-party rights may be involved.

Vendors

We use infrastructure, authentication, storage, email, analytics, monitoring, and payment providers where needed to deliver Tovuk. We do not sell personal data.

Security

We use access controls, account isolation, API key controls, private-by-default account data, separation of secrets, backups, and operational monitoring to protect Tovuk systems. No service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention

We keep account, billing, scraper request, result, support, and usage data for as long as needed to provide Tovuk, resolve service issues, comply with law, and maintain product integrity.
