Terms of Service
These terms govern Tovuk accounts, paid scraper requests, API keys, account balance, billing, usage limits, and support.
Updated June 21, 2026Introduction
Tovuk provides paid access to scrapers operated by Tovuk for data from supported websites. By using Tovuk, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from the legal pages.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding agreement and you must create an account with accurate email, GitHub, or Google login information. Each account must be controlled by its owner and may not be shared in a way that bypasses identity, security, billing, or usage limits.
Your Content
You keep ownership of prompts, request inputs, uploaded files, saved results, notes, and other content you provide. You grant Tovuk the limited permission needed to process requests, save results, secure accounts, handle support, and operate the product.
Scraper Requests
You choose a scraper, send inputs for data, and receive results when the request is done. Processing time can depend on the target website, request size, availability, safety checks, rate limits, and product load.
Subscriptions and Balance
Tovuk access starts with a paid subscription. Current plans are $20 per month with $20 balance, $100 per month with $120 balance, and $200 per month with $300 balance. Requests spend account balance. If balance runs low, you can top up or enable auto top-up with a $20 minimum. Paid top-up balance expires only after 12 months of account inactivity with advance notices.
Billing
Payments are processed through Stripe. Plan prices, included balance, top-ups, invoices, and checkout details are shown before payment. You are responsible for taxes, payment method accuracy, and usage created from your account or API keys.
API Keys
API keys let your tools send scraper requests. Keep keys private, rotate keys when needed, and revoke keys you no longer use. You are responsible for requests made with keys from your account.
Restrictions
You may not use Tovuk to access private or restricted pages without permission, bypass access controls, bypass site protection systems, collect data in violation of law, overload websites, attack shared systems, resell Tovuk access in a misleading way, or violate the Acceptable Use Policy.
Security
You are responsible for account security, API key handling, request inputs, and how you use results. You must promptly open a Tovuk support ticket for suspected account compromise, exposed API keys, or security issues.
Support
Support availability depends on plan and operational load. We may prioritize incidents that affect platform safety, billing, data integrity, or production availability.
Suspension
We may pause requests, revoke sessions, revoke API keys, block results, limit account access, or suspend accounts when needed for security, platform protection, unpaid invoices, legal compliance, third-party legal notices, or product stability.
Changes
We may update these terms as the platform changes. The latest version will be posted on Tovuk legal pages with an updated date.
